Overview

sxyhub.com ("Platform") is fully committed to compliance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act (S. 4569), which criminalizes the non-consensual publication of intimate images, including AI-generated deepfakes. This page describes how we implement the requirements of this legislation.

What the TAKE IT DOWN Act Covers

The TAKE IT DOWN Act addresses:

  • Non-consensual intimate images (NCII): Photographs or videos depicting nudity or sexual content shared without the depicted individual's consent.
  • AI-generated deepfakes: Digitally altered or AI-synthesized intimate imagery created without consent.
  • Minors: Any intimate imagery of individuals under 18, regardless of consent (which cannot be legally given).

Our Compliance Measures

1. Removal Requests

Any individual who appears in intimate content on our Platform without their consent may submit a removal request:

  • Online form: Use the "Content Removal" option in the Report menu on any video.
  • Email: Send a request to takedown@sxyhub.com.
  • Response time: We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and complete removal within 48 hours of verification.

2. Verification Process

Upon receiving a TAKE IT DOWN request:

  1. We verify the identity of the requester to confirm they are the depicted individual (or their legal representative).
  2. We verify the reported content exists on our Platform.
  3. If valid, we remove the content and apply hash-based blocks to prevent re-upload.

3. Prevention Measures

  • Hash-matching technology: Removed content is hashed, and those hashes are checked against all new uploads to prevent re-publication.
  • Upload verification: All uploaders must verify their identity and confirm they have consent from all depicted individuals.
  • AI detection: We employ automated tools to detect potentially AI-generated or manipulated intimate content.

4. No Retaliation

We prohibit retaliation against individuals who file legitimate TAKE IT DOWN requests. Uploaders who repeatedly post non-consensual content will be permanently banned.

Reporting Non-Consensual Content

If you are depicted in content on our Platform without your consent:

  1. Navigate to the content and click Report → Non-Consensual Content.
  2. Or email takedown@sxyhub.com with:
    • A link to the content (or description to help locate it).
    • A statement that you are the individual depicted (or their authorized representative).
    • Contact information for follow-up.
